Carolyn Morrison

Director of Operations

Carolyn is originally from the U.K. She began her hospitality Management career in New York at Sarabeth's, Tribeca. While there, she rapidly worked her way up through senior positions before being promoted to General Manager- overseeing their new Park Avenue South location. The owners at Sarabeth mentored her and her passion for the hospitality industry began to thrive.

Carolyn moved on to join the Hill Country Barbeque family where she oversaw the flagship location in the Flatiron area. While at Hill Country the company expanded rapidly, with multiple locations - a stand at MSG, 3 stands at the US open,  sole vendor at We Work's members only retreat, and Lincoln Center's Mid Summer Night Swing. 

Carolyn then moved on to join the BLT Restaurant Group, first as their General Manager of The Wayfarer, then to overseeing their Flagship BLT Steak on 57th Street. Scott Cronin, the vice president of operations, took her under his wing and trained her to oversee multiple units as their Director of Operations. Recovering and thriving after Covid shutdowns was one of the largest challenges in the company's history. However due to the mentorship and guidance provided by Scott, Carolyn was able to travel alone to their locations and execute successful re-openings at 11 of their restaurants. 

Carolyn is beyond thrilled to take the lessons, training and experience she has garnered over the years and utilize it to join the Fox Lifestyle Hospitality Group as  Director of Operations.
