Tracy Wilson

Multi-Unit General Manager - Rag Trader & Bo Peep and The Parlour Room

Tracy is the Multi-Unit General Manager for The Rag Trader, Bo Peep Cocktail & Highball Store, and the newly announced, The Parlour Room.


 
Tracy started her Fine Dining Career with Stephan and Thalia Loffredo at Zoe restaurant, serving California Cuisine with NYC's first All American wine list. Giving thanks, without Stephen and Thalia, Tracy wouldn't have embarked upon her 30-year career, working with restaurateurs to build some of NYC's most-loved restaurant destinations. After Zoe, Tracy's career flourished with Union Square Hospitality Group, where she spent 21 years. On the opening team of the acclaimed Gramercy Tavern, Tracy developed her hospitality passion as Executive Training Captain. From Gramercy Tavern, Tracy was promoted to open the new Tabla restaurant as Service Director. Tabla, American Food with Indian Spice, was Danny Meyer's first three-star reviewed restaurant. Over the next 8 Years, Tracy worked through the ranks to General Manager gaining multi-unit experience which included a Wine Spectator Top 100 List. The Museum of Modern Art was Tracy’s home for the last eight years with USHG, where she acted as Multi-Unit General Manager for the cafes and outlets inside MOMA. Prior to joining Fox Lifestyle Hospitality Group, Tracy opened the great northern food hall and consulted for 1 Hotels, Bar 65 at the Rainbow Room and the Brooklyn Barge.


 
Raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Tracy worked professionally in the New York City theater scene as a photographer, lighting designer, and technical director before beginning her hospitality career. She has a BA from Western Kentucky University in Communications & Theater and an MFA in Theatrical Design from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.


A firm believer in success through continued education and development, Tracy has lectured at the International Culinary Center for the past ten years on Leadership and Operations using her industry experiences to inspire new entrepreneurs as they build the next generation of food and beverage businesses.
