Vice President of Operations
Keith joins the Fox Lifestyle Hospitality Group team following a 35+year career in the hospitality industry. Before his time as Chief Operations Officer at Sullivan Street Bakery, Keith spent 17 years as President and Partner of BLT Restaurant Group, where he was responsible for developing the core values, philosophies of hospitality and culture for the company as well as oversight of all financials including projections, day-to-day operations, P&L review, and new concept development. He has operated at the highest levels of the hotel and restaurant industry. From a burger joint inside the Mirage Casino in Las Vegas to a Forbes 5-star hotel at the Trump International in DC and a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC, Keith was instrumental in the strategic planning process from concept through opening of over 46 restaurants from Tokyo and Hong Kong to Aruba to Miami and Los Angeles.
A Bronx native and SVA graduate, Keith is the Creator of CANE SIMPLE liquid sugar packages, various board games and is a huge believer in Ted Lasso! Keith resides in Westchester with his wife and children.
