Miguel Olmedo

General Manager of The Parlour Room

Originally from Ecuador, Miguel was drawn to the hospitality industry at the age of 18. During this time, and through various work experiences, Miguel held every position in the front of the house and was able to learn and understand the ins and out of each role as well as the importance it plays in creating a team and a unique experience to the guest.

As he gained more experience, working with the iconic Midtown Townhouse Aretsky's Patroon, the LDV Group running Scarpetta NYC, managing hotels with Highgate as well as being involved in the operational opening team for Pier 17 with the Howard Hughes Corporation, Miguel has sharpened his skills in learning and develpoing operational strategies, building management teams, and creating a healthy work culture.
